Modules & Process:
- Volume Module : This is where SKU wise Volume projection is done. Volume Module has only one line item that is Net Sales Volume.
- Variable Input Module : Variable inputs by SKU are maintained. Some examples of Variable inputs are – RSP, Pack Size, Traders’ Margin and Distributors Margin etc.
- Internal Calculation Module : It contains the data (Formulas) needed to calculate the Principal Measures in P&L Report.
- Input Cost Module : It includes all the raw material and packing material expense or input cost.
- RMPM Cost (BOM- Blend/Oils) : User can play around with any/all the parameters (by month) to derive the optimum blend formulation.
