KNITT GARMENTS MANUFACTURING PROCESS SYSTEM

This system is basically developed for export oriented knit garments industries. The system automates the entire manufacturing process and records production data for each order by fabrics color and by fabrics size, monitors the knitted fabrics, dyeing fabrics & finished garments items process. Head Office receives the order from the buyer & then electronically transfers the order sheet to the Knitting, Dyeing & Garment Factory. Based on the order sheet, the knitting factory produced the fabrics & then delivered the fabrics to the dyeing factory. Dyeing factory dyed the fabrics & then delivered the fabrics to the garment’s factory. This system caters the production line of the finished goods of the garments factory & then ship ordered items to the buyer. The commercial part of the system is Merchandising, Order Processing, L/C Monitoring, Bill and Bank information tracking and monitoring. The entry point of the system is order received from buyer and the end-point of the system is goods delivered to buyer. Between entry and end-point there are lots of activities to properly handle the export order.
